Video Conferencing suite rental pricing up to 7 participants:

8:30am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday, $100/hr

6:30am-8:30am, and 5:00pm-9:00pm, Monday – Friday, $150/hr

9:00pm-6:30am, Monday – Friday, weekends & holidays, $200/hr

Video conferencing services are billable for a 1 hour minimum, followed by 15 minute increments thereafter.

Cancellation Policy

 Cancellations:  Less than 24 hours 100% of all scheduled charges.  25 to 48 hours prior 50% of all scheduled charges.  More than 48 hours NO cancellation fee.

SPECIFICATIONS

LifeSize Room one monitor with 32" screen. Capable of recording 4 different locations, date and time stamped. Computer and Internet access available. Phone available.
